My mission is to help frustrated women over 40 lose stubborn weight so they can regain confidence and a renewed sense of energy in their bodies again. 

As someone who has always struggled with her weight and now as a board-certified health coach trained in functional medicine, I understand that weight gain often signals underlying health issues. We have to approach weight loss differently in our 40s and 50s than in our 20s.
