All sessions are 100% online (Zoom), making support accessible and flexible for real life. We begin with a 90-minute foundation session to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and what your body actually needs. This session creates a direction for our work together. From there, we continue with 45-minute coaching sessions over the next three months to provide consistent support, guidance, and accountability as your body and mind begin to stabilize.
As part of your 1:1 coaching experience, you’ll also receive full access to The Hormone Reset Project (HRP), my 6-week guided program that focuses on hormone support, nervous system regulation, nutrition foundations, lifestyle habits, and emotional health.
