1:1 Health Coaching

I offer a FREE 30-minute call to discuss your optimal vision for a healthy lifestyle.  

 

All coaching sessions are 100% online. Sessions are held on zoom or by telephone. The packages include a 90-minute foundation session. This session is longer to allow us to get to know one another and highlight your values and goals. Subsequent coaching sessions are 45 minutes. I am also available by email or text. In our work together, I empower you as the expert of your body, mind, and circumstances. I will encourage you to identify the “why” behind your desired health and lifestyle changes through exploration and inquiry.


Coaching Packages

10-Day Food Log Analysis

You log what you eat and drink for 10 days. I will offer an analysis as to what foods you are eating that could be contributing to your fatigue and weight loss struggles. In this 60-minute appointment, I will give you suggestions, provide resources and answer any questions you have.

3-Month Package:

What IS my role as your health coach?  

I will support you in creating strategies towards implementing healthy lifestyle behaviors. In our work together, I will help you develop a vision of YOUR optimal health and build confidence in your ability to make these desired changes and to set your own goals.  

 

What is NOT my role as your health coach?  

I am not a licensed nutritionist or dietician and do not prescribe meal plans. Together, we can create a plan of action for meals based on your needs and what you are working towards. I have resources that include websites with healthy recipes and cookbooks. I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe based on the information you share with me. I will not judge you, coerce you to follow a plan, or educate you on something I am not qualified to talk about.
