  • The SIMPLE Weight Loss Program is an 8-week coaching program designed to help you achieve your goals. Each week, you'll gain access to a new module with actionable steps to implement right away at your own pace. To support your journey, the program includes four live accountability group coaching calls via Zoom, scheduled throughout the 8 weeks.

    My personalized 1-on-1 coaching program is designed to meet your unique needs over a minimum of 3 months. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and you’ll have access to me between sessions for additional support. As a bonus, you'll also receive access to my SIMPLE Weight Loss program lessons and resources.

I offer a no-risk guarantee: if you complete the program and don't see results within 60 days, I'll give you a full refund. All you need to do is show that you watched the videos and participated in the program.

    If you have paid in full for my 3-month coaching program, you are eligible for a partial refund if you choose to withdraw after the first month. The refund amount will be based on the remaining unused portion of the program. Refunds are only available if the program was paid in full at the beginning.
